 Dominating on Google and Driving Traffic With Event Marketing
The Retreats at Harbour Cove and Western Branch faced the challenge of attracting new traffic to their 55+ communities. Drawing from our experience, we knew that events are one of the most effective ways to create significant community awareness. To address this, we launched Suffolk Cars and Coffee, which quickly grew to over 300 monthly participants in partnership with the Navy SEAL Foundation. Alongside our event marketing campaigns, we manage Google ad Campaigns specifically targeting areas in Virginia and North Carolina where 55+ residents lack access to amenities and hospitals, as this demographic ia more motivated to relocate closer to town.
